Deborah Montemayor is a pre-foreclosure specialist.  After training and negotiating in short sales, she is able to help sellers decipher what actions to take in our current environment.  By the same token, she is able to connect buyers with sellers in short sale circumstances.

Deborah has been a resident of Alamo Heights for over 6 years where her daughters attend Alamo Heights Junior School and Alamo Heights High School.  When she’s not helping her clients, she enjoys many hobbies such as dancing (Tango/Merengue), jewelry making, and gardening.

Deborah holds an MA in International Relations from St. Mary’s University and a BA in Government/History from Texas A&M International University. Her past work experience includes over 10 years of teaching Social Studies in public schools and at the college level. 

She looks forward to meeting you and assisting you in your real estate needs to ensure a successful experience. She is a fluent Spanish/English speaker and also speaks conversational Italian.
