When acceptable candidates are identified, we conduct an in-depth investigation. Depending on the type of property involved, we inspect all improvements, identify all sources and quality of water, examine nature and ownership of mineral interests, determine prospective hunting and fishing activities and other recreational opportunities. In addition, we determine property tax values and rates, identify utility providers, and determine the availability of fire and police protection and medical care facilities.

Once a suitable property is found, we enter into serious negotiations with the Seller or his representative to work out the best possible financial arrangement of your behalf.
